2 | tablespoons pesto sauce |
2 | flatbreads or pitas, each about 7 inches across |
1 | tomato, thinly sliced |
1 | tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves |
1/4 | cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
Directions
Heat oven to 425 F. Spread pesto on bread. Add a layer of tomato and a layer of basil. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake for 7 minutes, or until cheese is golden and melted.
